Yes, Dr. Lochamy will still be seeing patients in the office as well. 

Please call our office at 785-762-6543 during regular business hours to schedule a Telehealth appointment. You will be asked to give verbal authorization in order to schedule your appointment.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Medicare and select insurance companies have extended their coverage to include Telehealth. We will bill your insurance as a telehealth visit. Most insurance companies cover this cost as a typical office visit. It is your responsibility to verify that telehealth is a covered benefit under your plan during this time.

Dr. Lochamy is licensed to practice in the state of Kansas. The location of the patient is what counts legally, so we are limited to seeing patients who are currently in Kansas only.

A good and fast internet connection is preferred. There may be some delay or connection issues if it is not.

Dr. Lochamy will contact you based on the appointment type (call or video) you have made. He will call you on your phone or through Skype. Please be nearby at your appointment time so that the call is not missed.

Skype – If the office does not have your Skype Name/ID prior to your appointment, you will need to add Dr. Lochamy to your contacts first and send a message that he has been added. See below on how to add my provider to my Skype contacts.

Just like appointments held in the office, it is possible that there will be a wait time prior to your appointment. We ask that you please be near your phone and/or be signed in to skype so that you are ready when the provider contacts you.

At this time, we will be conducting Telehealth video appointments using Skype. If you already have an account, please give the staff your Skype Name/ID when you make your appointment. If you do not already have an account at the time of you appointment, please create an account prior to your appointment and call it in once it has been created or add Dr. Lochamy to your contact list and send a message letting him know he has been added. Please do this with enough time prior to your appointment. 

When in Skype, please click on ‘Contacts’ and ‘Add Contact’. You can find your provider by entering their name as shown below:
