Dear Patients:
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, if you have Medicare we are able to provide our services to you via Telehealth. For other insurance carriers, please check with your insurance company about Telehealth coverage. This way you will be able to continue receiving your medical care via Skype.
Please call our office at 785-762-6543 and ask for a Telehealth appointment.
Currently, our office will continue to offer you in person medical care Monday – Friday.

De esta manera seguirá recibiendo atención mêdica por Skype. Para las otras aseguranzas por favor llame a su compania y pregunte si cubre Telehealth.

Telehealth Video (Skype)
- Schedule a Telehealth (video) appointment
- Create Skype Account
- Add Your Provider to Skype Contacts - search as Richard Lochamy MD
- Once your provider is added to your contacts, send him a message to confirm your appointment "Hi, this is (name), I am confirming my appointment"
- Open Skype prior to visit, your provider will initiate the video/call (there may be a wait time)
- If your provider has not contacted you within 15 minutes of your appointment, send them a chat message so that they can ensure they have the correct contact
Telehealth Call (Phone)
- Schedule a Telehealth (call) appointment
- At the time of your appointment, your provider will call you (there may be a wait time so please stay near your phone)
- Pictures may be sent via e-mail to your provider
